STAR Capital’s Vision

STAR Capital is focused on developing a quality Senior Care and Dementia Care network through merger and acquisition in the eastern United States. We are growing fast and looking for undervalued healthcare opportunities and investors that want to join us on this journey.

Our goal is to achieve a market leadership position in the eastern United States by acquiring Assisted Living Facilities (ALF) and Dementia Care Facilities (DCF). Industry reports indicate that there will be 1.7 Million more people in need of ALFs within the next two years, STAR Capital is well poised to take advantage of this ever growing market.

In addition, Americans are living longer than ever, unfortunately this means that there will be more Americans living with neurodegenerative diseases. Industry estimates indicate that the number of Americans living with Alzheimer’s disease will nearly double by 2050. These people need quality care and the STAR Capital care network is expanding into this worthwhile sector.

Shuler Health Care is carefully arranged to provide supervision for those to whom it is essential. We are also able to provide maximum privacy for those to whom privacy is important. House Parents reside in each villa and are there to prepare meals, administer medications and assist with daily activities, as well as take care of our residents’ personal laundry and linens.

STAR Care Network

STAR Capital was founded in 2016 with the goal of building a quality assisted living healthcare network on the east coast of the United States.

Since 2016, our founder, Fuzail Rizvi has been providing the east coast with quality assisted living. Before forming STAR Capital and the STAR Care Network, Mr. Rizvi was a director for two years at RD Capital Partners LLC – a UK healthcare company involved in managing and investing in the dementia care and adult care facilities in the UK with GBP 400 million of assets under management.

In 2018, Mr. Rizvi acquired Goose Creek Manor near Charleston, South Carolina. In 2019, Shuler Healthcare, Kernersville, North Carolina was the second addition to the STAR Care Network. In 2021, STAR Care Network acquired Cypress Manor in Roper, North Carolina. In Dec of 2021, Mr. Rizvi acquired Elton Residential Care Home-Elton in Waterbury, Connecticut.

Fuzail A Rizvi

Founder and President -STAR Capital

Fuzail A Rizvi formed STAR Capital in June 2016. Fuzail’s vision is to build quality Adult Care/Senior Care and Dementia Care business in the USA with acquisition and merger.

Fuzail, with STAR Capital, has owned and operated Goose Creek Manor in Charleston, South Carolina since June 2018.

Before forming STAR Capital and the STAR Care Network, Mr. Rizvi was a director for two years at RD Capital Partners LLC – a UK healthcare company involved in managing and investing in the dementia care and adult care facilities in the UK with GBP 400 million of assets under management.

Fuzail has experience working as a senior consultant and executive in the health care and financial industry, including federal, state, and commercial environments in various countries. During his career spanning more than two decades, Fuzail has developed an expertise in leading, managing, providing management solutions across several industries, including Healthcare, Finance and Consumer Products.

Fuzail holds a master’s degree in Finance, Economics, and Accounting, and a Masters of Science in Computer Science. He also holds an Entrepreneurship Specialization Certificate from the University of Pennsylvania. He also was nominated from the federal government for leadership training from the prestigious Federal Executive Institute in Charlottesville, Virginia.

Roohi Rizvi

Vice President of Operations – STAR Capital

Roohi Rizvi is the Vice President of Operations for STAR Capital including Shuler Health Care, Goose Creek Manor and Cypress Manor. Prior to joining as Vice President of Operations for STAR Capital in November 2019, Ms. Rizvi served as a consultant for STAR Capital .

Ms. Rizvi has ten years of experience as a teacher in Loudoun County Public Schools in Northern Virginia. She has served as a teaching assistant in the elementary school classroom educating the citizens of tomorrow.

Ms. Rizvi holds a bachelor’s degree in education and master’s degree in commerce.

Greta Shuler

Executive Director-STAR Care Network

Greta Shuler is the Executive Director at STAR Care Network. Mrs. Shuler has unbeatable years of experience as she started working in healthcare when she was 17 years old. She has worked as an administrator for more than 23 years. A seasoned veteran of the senior care industry, she has worked in the family business at Shuler Health Care in the healthcare industry for more than 37 years. It is a joy for her to welcome someone to our community and to see it become “home” for them.

After work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and her family, the grand-babies are the best, of course! She also enjoys gardening and cooking.

Jayme Shatley

Administrator- Shuler Health Care

Jayme Shatley is the new Administrator at Shuler Health Care. She joined STAR Care Network Shuler Healthcare in December 2022. She graduated from Appalachian State University with her Social Work Degree and began her work in Long Term Care. Her life has been dedicated to serving others and her favorite population is Seniors. During her career she has consulted for LTC communities and also provided Marketing and Dementia Training in NC. She later in life achieved her Masters in Social Work and has continued her career trying to make a difference for those that are the most vulnerable, our Seniors.

Jayme has 29th years of experience in Senior Care and she loves every moment of it. She has been over the last several years working mostly with Dementia Residents and is a Certified Dementia Practitioner and enjoys providing education regarding behaviors and disease processes. The best part of the day is seeing smiling faces and receiving warm hugs from our Residents. Making a difference every day is her passion and now She is so blessed to be at Shuler’s HealthCare.

In her spare time she loves spending time with her family, shopping and traveling anywhere there is a beach and sand.

Marie Ariza

Administrator - Goose Creek Manor

Marie Ariza is the Administrator at Goose Creek Manor. Marie has been working in the healthcare business for more than 8 years. Marie started working for Goose Creek Manor as a Med Tech and caregiver and was promoted to Assistant Manager/office manager. With her skills and potentials she has become the Administrator. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree from Philippines.

Her dedication in caring for the elderly has driven the team at GCM to be more inspired and dedicated to their job, providing a greater atmosphere for the residents we care for.

Ida Marie Simpson

Administrator – Cypress Manor

Ida Marie Simpson-Candy is the Administrator and Office Manager at Cypress Manor.

She is from Roper, North Carolina. She has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare field. She started her journey with Early Childhood credentials in 1999 by becoming a daycare provider and then slowly transitioned to adult care. She joined Cypress Manor in 2001. She was a caregiver and Med Tech prior to becoming the office manager. Making sure that the residents are safe and healthy is her top priority. She considers Cypress Manor residents as her own family.

She is married to a loving husband and has four wonderful children. She loves fishing and spending time with her family in her free time.
